Hi! I’m Morgan - Let’s Take a Breath Together
I’m a Certified Breathwork Facilitator and Human Design Coach with a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. My mission is simple: to help people reduce stress, breathe easier, and feel more like themselves again.
Life can be overwhelming, and we’re not always taught how to manage stress or emotions in a healthy way. Through guided breathwork, I help people find relief from daily tension, improve sleep, and reconnect with their natural energy—no complicated techniques, just simple tools that work.
