Hi, I’m Morgan! I’m a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator and I believe healing doesn’t have to be heavy. It can also be spacious, empowering, and even a little magical. Breathwork is my favorite tool for healing because it meets you exactly where you are. My passion is helping you release the “shoulds,” calm your nervous system, and reconnect with the part of you that already knows how to thrive.

For me, breathwork is more than a practice… it’s been a pathway home. With nothing more than your breath, you can soften stress, quiet the mind, and reconnect to the wisdom your body has been holding all along. I’ve seen how powerful it is to let the breath do the work: it moves energy, opens space for release, and gently brings you back to yourself. Every session is different, but the invitation is always the same… to show up exactly as you are, and let your breath guide the way.

With a background in Marriage and Family Therapy and years of guiding breathwork journies, I weave science, soul, and heart-led practices into every session. My style is both grounding and sparkly… think equal parts compassionate support and bold encouragement. Whether you’re looking for clarity, release, or simply a moment to come home to yourself, I create a space where you can breathe deeper, feel lighter, and remember your own glow.
